What are the top two products or services that provide the majority of revenue for your business?

Do a significant portion of your clients pay an ongoing fee, such as for portfolio management?

If yes, what is your average portfolio size?

With a typical new client, what will you earn in the first year? If the earnings are split with a broker-dealer or RIA, what do YOU keep?

What is the lifetime value of an average client? (For example, if your average client has a portfolio of $200,000 and you collect an annual fee of 1% and expect to keep that client for 10 years, then the lifetime value is $20,000).

Do you maintain a database of prospects--people you would like to do business with?

If you answered yes, how many people are in that database of prospects?

Have you been in contact with these prospects and how often? How? Please explain (e.g. you send them a monthly newsletter)

What is your typical "bait" to a prospect to get them to meet with you, for example, a portfolio analysis, an insurance review, a tax reduction review, a mini financial plan, etc
